How do you handle fear and self-doubt?
I handle fear and self-doubt by researching, planning, and looking at alternatives.
Not very glamorous, but true.
If something scares me, I usually want information. I want to know the options, the risks, the costs, the backup plans, and what I’ll do if Plan A falls over.
Some people call that overthinking. I call it not walking blindly into a mess.
Planning doesn’t remove fear completely, but it gives me something solid to stand on.
And honestly, it has served me well.
