Quick Q and A!

What is one word that describes you?

Resilient.

It’s not a word I chose lightly. It came from moments that tested me in ways I didn’t expect, and times I had to keep going when stopping would have been easier.

Bad car crash.

Becoming and empty nester.

Quitting my job.

Selling my house.

Moving to France from Australia.

Relationship ending in the worst way possible.

Battling my Mental Health demons.

I’ve rebuilt, let go, started over, and kept moving forward even when I didn’t feel strong.

I’m not perfect, and I didn’t handle everything gracefully, but I’m still here, still standing, and still choosing a new path. That, to me, is resilience.
